Fieldny was born from frustration. Our founder, Matteo Reed, spent years as a plumber, watching calls go to voicemail while he was under sinks, missing jobs because he couldn't keep up with the admin, and dreading the evening paperwork sessions.
He tried every app and software solution on the market. They all required learning curves, constant attention, and time he didn't have. The tools meant to help were becoming another burden.
The breakthrough came from a simple question: What if you could run your entire business through text messages? No apps to open, no dashboards to check, no software to learn. Just natural conversation with an AI that handles everything behind the scenes.
